Booking a stay at The Acres RV Park means you have read, understood, and agreed to our campground policies. Rates are subject to change without notice. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in will receive a refund minus the deposit and a $10 service fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Late check-outs may be approved by management for an additional fee. Guests may stay up to 14 nights within a rolling 30-day period, and holiday stays may require a 3-night minimum.

We strive to provide a peaceful, family-friendly environment for all guests. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and disruptive, offensive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, and registered guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors, children, and pets. The Acres RV Park reserves the right to require any guest to leave the property without refund if campground rules are violated or behavior negatively impacts other guests.

Each RV site includes up to 4 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 6 people per site. Site requests are welcome but cannot be guaranteed, and management may adjust site assignments when necessary. No tents are permitted on RV sites. Guests are permitted up to 2 vehicles per site as long as vehicles remain within the boundaries of the assigned space and do not block roads, neighboring sites, or access areas. Additional vehicles may be parked in designated overflow parking areas with management approval. External generators are not permitted without prior approval, and vehicle or RV washing, repairs, maintenance, or oil changes are prohibited on the property.

A maximum of 2 pets per site is allowed. Pets must remain leashed, under control, cleaned up after, and may not be left unattended outside. Aggressive pets or pets displaying aggressive behavior are not permitted. Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused to campground property by themselves, their children, pets, or visitors. Fires are permitted only in designated fire pit areas and must never be left unattended. Please help us keep the campground clean by disposing of all trash in designated cans or dumpsters throughout your stay.
